As the world has become “smaller,” we all recognize the importance of education in the developing world, especially in health care and surgery. The primary goal of the ISS Foundation is to help to educate surgeons in the developing world on new techniques, state-of-the-art ideas, and the ability to deliver these advances to their citizens.
